ISEF 2010 still looking for judges

For those of you who are in the Bay Area, the 2010 International Science and Engineering Fair is still looking for judges in various categories.  The ISEF is one of the top international-level science and engineering competitions for high school students and features projects in categories from the life sciences, physical sciences, engineering and mathematics, as well as a team projects category.  Judging will be 11-12 May at the San José Convention Center.

I was an ISEF finalist in 1992, and I was an ISEF judge in 2001.  It was a rewarding experience for me at both sides of the display board, and I enjoyed the interaction with some very smart and creative high school students.  Most importantly, the experience as a finalist served as confirmation that I was on the right track in my career.  So if you meet the requirements and are interested in serving as a judge for the ISEF, I hope you will complete the judging application.  It will be a rewarding experience.
