Since I started Soccermetrics, I’ve tried very hard to instill a culture of honesty and integrity alongside our technical abilities.  Along the way we’ve developed some practices in support of that culture, but for the most part those practices and policies have been unwritten.  Now that we’re releasing and selling products, it’s time to put our practices to writing.
